A TRUE LEADER

I hope that when someone become a leader, they won't forget their soft sides. We need to empathize with people. Followers know if your words are insincere. It will only be gibberish to them especially when you stepped on their beliefs. It's no good if you are so insensitive. No wonder why people search for new niche that will nurture and make them grow.

Please bear that in mind. I hope superiors won't ever try to make themselves so important that most of their subordinates adjust to them. Their subordinates have important time to attend to. They have families, friends, and important meetings, too.

A true leader leads his/her people to transform themselves into better versions of themselves without coercing them to change.

A true leader always finds a way because there is always a way.
