Have
you encountered looking at your surrounding like having a static or snow? This
condition is known as visual snow. I
began to experience this when I was a child. I usually see this when the
background was dark. It was not actually some disorder of the eye or problems
in the brain. *don’t worry* But this
condition appears to be a tendency of undetectable chemical imbalance in the
brain.

Until
now, there is no known cause for VS but
there are few things that offer specific causes that can lead to VS such as
the use of legal and illegal drugs. Also, it was found out that migraine
headaches are common in patients with VS. According to my research, there is no present treatment but many people
tried to treat it with migraine medication, herbs, cleansing, acupuncture, and
chiropractors with little or no success.
There
is an ongoing research to hopefully cure it conducted by Dr. Goadsby
and Dr. Schankin who strongly believes
that they found the area of the brain responsible for VS. Their latest research
was cited at eyeonvision.org. If you
are interested to participate in this study you may contact them through e-mail
