Psychology offers a lot of opportunities! Yes, besh! As in! You just need to be patient in searching for the job positions that you desire. So here's the usual job positions for Psych Graduates:
Sometimes the term "psychometrician" is referred as "test administrator." You can work as psychometrician in a clinic or in school.
If you are licensed, then you can teach Psychology subjects in college (more work loads, more money charot!) and your rate is different from those instructors without a license (in my case from previous work). Some schools are accepting RPms without MA units but there are some that strictly implements the applicants to finish the MA or to have at least MA units.
Note: Sa K12 may ilan required 18 units ng educ at magtake ng LET pero pinapayagan naman na magturo habang nagtatake ng 18 units. Yung iba. <3
I think you are aware of these positions. The only issue in industrial setting, there are "some" companies that are not aware of the RPm license but , I strongly believe, eventually this will be professionalized and we will get what we deserve in the future.
Take note: Companies are required to use original/published test in screening their applicants. Sa ngayon, may mga pasaway pa nga lang.
Do you have what it takes to be a stalker? Charot. If you love research, psychological statistics, and psychometrics (said no psych major ever charot), then this is suited for you! Crunch crunch crunch! Masaya raw!
Looking for oppa? Chos. Maybe you can apply as test administrator in Armed Forces of the Philippines. There are some people who claimed that you'll earn a rank once you passed the strict screening procedure.
There are lateral entries for police officers. Maybe you are the next Cardo Dalisay! Chos. PNP is currently looking for Psychologist, who knows? Maybe RPms can work there as well.
There are many other job positions for as like Marketing Assistant and job positions in Advertising. All you need to do is to search and to create accounts online for you to find your desired position.
